June 28, 2024, was nothing short of extraordinary as Loren and Daniel said “I do” at the stunning Allure on the Lake in Chesterton, Indiana. Though the day began with rain, the weather cleared just in time for their outdoor ceremony, adding to the sense of magic that surrounded their wedding.

The ceremony itself was simply perfect. The rain clouds lifted, and the atmosphere felt serene as their family and friends gathered to witness such a special moment. One deeply moving part of the day was when the pastor prayed over Loren and her bridesmaids, as well as Daniel and his groomsmen. Watching the men pray together, captured from above with a drone, was a powerful reminder of the love and faith that centered their day.

Loren’s wedding dress was one of the most unique we’ve ever seen. It featured a sheer polka-dot vibe that added an element of elegance and whimsy. Paired with her stunning long veil, Loren’s look was nothing short of breathtaking.

Adding to the personal touches, Loren’s family came together the day before the wedding to create her bouquets. You would never have guessed that these weren’t professionally designed—each bouquet looked flawless were colorful & vibrant.

Loren and Daniel chose not to do a first look, making their first moments seeing each other during the ceremony all the more emotional. Tears filled their eyes as Loren made her way down the aisle, and Daniel’s reaction was priceless. As they exited the ceremony hand in hand, they shared the most picture-perfect dip, followed by Loren literally jumping up and down with joy and pure excitement.

Their portrait session was a dream for any creative. Sweet, romantic, and full of their fun personalities, Loren and Daniel brought a playful energy to every moment. One standout feature at The Allure on the Lake is a swing hanging from a tree, which made for some truly unforgettable shots. Daniel even did an “underdog” push, sending Loren soaring on the swing and showcasing their silliness and connection.

A particularly special moment came when Loren and Daniel participated in a tradition unique to The Allure on the Lake. They placed a custom-engraved lock on the balcony overlooking the water and threw the key into the lake as a symbol of their eternal bond however what made this even more special was a rainbow was stretched across the lake, adding an extra touch of magic to an already unforgettable day.

The reception was filled with heartfelt speeches and followed by an evening of dancing and celebration. One of the most intimate moments of the night took place on the balcony again, where Loren and Daniel shared a private dance under twinkling lights. Capturing this moment with both drone footage and close-ups felt like a perfect way to showcase the beginning of their beautiful journey as husband and wife, and gave them a few moments to enjoy just the two of each other.

One part of this wedding that was especially meaningful to us was the personal connection we share with Loren. I met Loren when my bestie/ her sister- in-law, Taylor, was getting married. We were both bridesmaids. When my husband and I were getting married, Taylor was my bridesmaid. Loren actually came to our wedding to be the designated driver for Taylor and her husband. Instead of waiting at the hotel, she decided to join in on the fun—and she never left the dance floor the entire night! Loren added such a memorable spark to our own wedding, so it was incredibly special to now be part of hers.

Now, a few months after their wedding, Loren and Daniel have even more exciting news to share: they’re going to be parents! We couldn’t be happier for them as they step into this new chapter of their lives, and we know they’ll bring the same joy, faith, and love to their journey as parents that they did to their wedding day.
